The child we brought wouldn't even eat the flavor she settled for and there was no offer of a refund.We should have just left without anything.

However, during my last visit, I noticed that they don't have gloves available for customers to use. This is concerning, especially since many people come in at once to serve themselves, which makes me feel unsafe. I would love to return if they could ensure that everyone wears gloves when handling the scoops and toppings. It's especially worrying when kids go up and dig their hands into the treats. If they could address this issue, I would definitely come back!

If ice cream and sorbet are your main offerings, your machines should be in working condition or at least have someone on hand to fix them. The child we brought with us ended up not liking the flavor she settled for, and there wasn't even an option for a refund. We should have just left without ordering anything.
