Was Melvina Thomas at Sweet Frog a mag?
I really enjoy the deals and I always have a craving for ice cream, but I have some concerns. During my last visit, I noticed that there weren't any gloves available for customers to use. With so many people coming in at once to serve themselves, I feel uncomfortable. This is why I've stopped going as frequently. Many of the machines were out of order, and it was clear that the staff knew about it. If ice cream and sorbet are your main offerings, your machines should be in working condition or at least have someone on hand to fix them. The child we brought with us ended up not liking the flavor she settled for, and there wasn't even an option for a refund. We should have just left without ordering anything. View all feedback.

This place was tucked away next to game stop! It was So good and had so many options they have you pay by weight, in this picture we got a large and lots of candy for about 9.00. It was super sweet and we couldn't finish it all between me and my husband there was more than enough

I love the Toasted Marshmallow on one side of my bowl and the Pineapple on the other side. Then, I get a sample of each on my spoon. Yum! Yum! I'm not a big fan of their Cake Batter. I usually like that flavor just not their version. The peach is awesome! Other flavors I like of theirs are peppermint, coconut, cheesecake, and blue cotton candy.

Most of the machines weren't working and they know it. If ice cream/sherbert is your business; your machines should work or have someone working on them. The child we brought wouldn't even eat the flavor she settled for and there was no offer of a refund.We should have just left without anything.
