I arrived at 9:30 and was informed that the restaurant had not yet opened because the owner needed to drop off their children at childcare. However, the line already had about 3 or 4 groups ahead of me. View all feedback.

I arrived at 9:30 and was informed that the restaurant had not yet opened because the owner needed to drop off their children at childcare. However, the line already had about 3 or 4 groups ahead of me.
I ordered online at this restaurant on August 13 around 11:45am. When I arrived at the allotted time, I was informed by the girl at the counter that my order was not ready and she would only make it once everyone else in line had been served. I mentioned that I was in a hurry and asked to cancel my order, but was told it was already paid for and couldn't be canceled. I have been trying to contact the manager for a week now with no success. If I could, I would give this restaurant a negative rating. I am now out $20 and still unable to speak to anyone about my experience.
I give 5 stars because this establishment was clean and polite. Plus military gets free cookies.
Why call a drive-thru if they never answer... If you going have one worker please get someone that can multitask
