I recently tried a takeout lunch from this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The food was excellent, receiving a rating of 5. The service was top-notch, earning another perfect score of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant also added to the overall experience, with a rating of 5. I would definitely recommend this place for a great takeout meal.
The website indicated that the restaurant closes at 10 pm. However, when my girlfriend and I arrived at 8:30, we found the place closed. It is confusing and disappointing that the hours listed online did not match the actual closing time.
They do not accept Subway coupons at any Sumter location. The ownership is greedy. Avoid and do not support until this policy changes.
They took out the nice seating and replaced it with cramped, cheap booths. It feels very confined and unwelcoming.. food was good, servers seemed overwhelmed as two people had to handle food preparation, guests, drive through and register. Subway can do better!
