No foot long chocolate chip cookie even available to purchase. No churro either as they offer but none available. This place was so bad, the male in there was stone face and impolite. The female spoke as to what all they didnt have and that wasnit!! Very, very sad place to stop and want food. All in all....just bad!! Left without a thing...not one. Service: Takeaway

The employee I interacted with seemed like they were just trying to get me out of the store. There was no care into how my sandwich was made. The food was just thrown on the bread. For them to be “Sandwich Artist”, there was no artistry done with my sandwich! I could barely eat my sandwich because all the food fell out of the back. I never have this problem when I go to other Subways in Sumter. It’s just this one. It’ll be a long time before I go back to the one on 15 again. I’ll stick to the other ones. As a former Subway employee, I’m very disappointed with the service that I received today. I expected better.

If you don't want to work there, then leave and find a job you will work. Show pride in where you work, no matter what the work is you're doing. Then again, some folks wouldn't even eat at a pie eating factory. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
