What 818cynthial dislikes about Osaka:
Went for lunch with friends. Tried to leave tip for server in tip jar and we were advised that the server didn’t get the tip. It goes to the business. We said Fine we will just give our tips to you. Again they said they are not allowed to accept tips of any kind. Well guess what! There are plenty of other Asian restaurants in town where we can show our appreciation to good servers. Was ok. Staff that is not part of ownership is nice. Owners have strange rules and limit customers on condiments. Dont recomend at all.

Food was ok. Air conditioning was broken. Owners from Malaysia were very nice. Prices are very good.
