Man my husband was always talking about this place now I see why oh man there food is so good. if your a buffet person or take it with you it's worth the money you get a lot of food.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member I encountered was quite rude and, unfortunately, messed up my order by missing three sandwiches. When I came back around to address the mistake, she approached the window, but I wasn't interested in having a conversation with her given her attitude. I tried to explain that I understood I had initially made a mistake with my order and suggested that instead of rushing the customer, it would be better to listen. However, when I tried to clarify, she got snappy with me, insisting she heard me say three sandwiches when I actually ordered five—three bacon, egg, and cheese on English muffins and two on biscuits because they were out of croissants. Instead, I received three English muffins. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, perhaps it’s time for her to find a new one.
The owner needs to take action and hire more staff. Some of the employees are quite slow, and I've experienced wait times of over 20 minutes. There are a few employees who genuinely care and try to compensate for their colleagues, but they can’t handle everything on their own. Having worked at Dunkin’ in a busy Northeastern city, I know how a place like this should operate. The drive-thru is meant for quick service, not for orders with multiple drinks and sandwiches. As I write this review, I've been in line for 23 minutes, and there are still several cars ahead of me. My suggestion: open the dining area on weekdays, hire more dedicated employees, and get more involved in your business.
I visited the restaurant to buy some doughnut holes and wanted to purchase two boxes of 50. However, I was told that she couldn't sell them because if the manager showed up, there wouldn't be any left. Isn't selling products the main purpose of a business? Additionally, I was informed that I couldn't get a box of 25 blueberry doughnut holes; it had to be a variety box instead. If I can't buy what I want the way I prefer, then why would I return? I won’t be going back and I plan to share my experience on every social media platform I can. They shouldn't be in business if they refuse to sell what customers want.
