I think the food is excellent, the service is great because BUN-D service our soldiers on their lunch break with quick in and meals that they requested. They are usually on point. I waited to get a shake because I had some free time. I showed up at 9:02 they weren 't open yet, they were preparing their stations. I waited for 30 minutes, I even asked when will they be opening. She said when they finish prepping! I had to leave with no food. If your store is supposed to open at 0900, this is unacceptable. I returned to the restaurant and this time I ordered a Refresh drink along with a Santa Fe rice bowl. The Refresh drink was truly refreshing—light and perfectly balanced in flavor. The Santa Fe rice bowl was just as tasty as the Spicy Garlic Chicken I had before. I highly recommend visiting this place for both food and drinks! Excellent customer service! Although I'm not a resident of South Carolina, this restaurant was highly recommended to me, and I'm so glad I decided to visit. The staff was incredibly respectful, and I absolutely loved the spicy garlic rice bowl. I definitely recommend this place 100%!
The quality of the food varies depending on the chef. It can be expensive, which is typical for health food restaurants. The portion sizes for the meat are quite small, and I remember hearing customers express their dissatisfaction about it when I worked there. I genuinely wish we could have provided more, but it is what it is. Overall, the experience was decent. I've had both positive and negative experiences. Food: 2/5, Service: 4/5, Atmosphere: 4/5.
Made me sick to my stomach. Also realized about 1/3 thru the rice bowl there was a small hair in my food. I thought it would be something like a Cava, I was absolutely wrong. Disgusting.
