Arby's - Sumter

I ordered a half pound of roast beef, aiming for something indulgent on a chilly Friday afternoon. Once I got home, I realized it was just a standard roast beef sandwich. Heart stopped... mission accomplished.

On November 2nd at 3:15 PM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered the 2 for $7 sandwich deal. I specifically asked for 4 packets of Horsey sauce, but when I got home, I found that I received 4 packets of Arby’s sauce instead. It seems like the young staff either aren’t paying attention or simply don’t care about customer requests.

It was fantastic! I've consistently received excellent service and enjoyed hot food every time I've visited.

We ordered two classic sandwiches, fries, and mozzarella sticks. The sandwiches were warm and delicious, and the mozzarella sticks were hot with perfectly melted cheese. The fries weren't as curly as I typically prefer, but they were still good. Everything was served quickly, and we really enjoyed our meal.

I love visiting Arby’s. The staff always confirms your order over the intercom and makes sure everything is accurate by the time you reach the window. They're very friendly, no matter how busy or long the lines may be.
