I have always appreciated the restaurant the trifolaio for the quality of the proposals and especially for the consistency in the path of gastronomy chosen. the paccheri all'aglianico and the truffle cutters are a flag but other proposals are always attractive...for example, berry to the perticaregna or lamb. Good wine cellar. Good.
Owners and staff very kind and attentive to customers...you eat divinely
Cozy place but unprofessional service. discuss the raw materials but not just their preparations. in the presence of fresh mushrooms and truffles deserves an extra star.
