In beautiful village summonte, a pearl cleanliness close to neapel, we have a fantastic lunch with the gnade of the hostess, a local signora always smiles, a gr... read more In beautiful village summonte, a pearl cleanliness close to neapel, we have a fantastic lunch with the gnade of the hostess, a local signora always smiles, a great cook of traditional house style. we had a very nice starter on the basis of truffle flavor...(summer time truffle,) a mezze maniche, a short type of pasta, with an exquisite sauce of aglianico wein, local red wine and sausage. as a main course we had a tasteful Scamorza cheese cooked with honey and pepper. the signora offered us a beautiful green and tomatensalat, local productions from their garden. she also suggested a very nice red wine. everything was presented elegantly and the last surprise was the very honest bill. a real gem of culinary treasures in italien.
