Portillo's Hot Dogs - Summit Argo

Usually this restaurant is really cool and always great eating. today I ordered from ubereats, portillos forgot my suppe. I wanted to report it and they won't give me any refund. I didn't pay $40 to forget something! I lost money and didn't even get what to do. the real müll!

I'm always loved to come here because it's like comfort food. the drive thru is sketchy tho and the crew for the running thru window are very inappropriate swearing and going around, not to do their jobs. they have made my order wrong, I asked after all on 2 hot dogs with ketchup and sneeze. They gave me 2 simple hot dogs with ketchup and sneeze and nothing on them. had to go back and drill the drive again to correct my order and wait much longer, as this time there was a line. they did not even apologize for the mishap and did not give a ketchup and sneak on the new hot dogs so I had to ask for the sauces. overall really unprofessional and too much to get rid of with running gear thru orders. the order right!

There were a lot of employees talking and not making our orders for the customer in waiting there were like 6 people waiting

Love this place and as usual it's been great everytime I have eaten there.

The one thing I can say is to avoid the din in the night. they ignore the din in the customers completely and focus exclusively on driving through disorders. I waited 20 minutes for a hot dog, a burger and a political one. when I sent my son to check the order, they told him it wasn't ready. When I looked at it, they said they were working on the polish, which means they forgot it, which is why the bag was sitting there. I should just cancel the order and ask for my money back. as I said, they avoid the dunes later in the night they are concentrated only on the ride that is actually backwards, as they take the time to go out their car and go into their facility.
