It didn't even look like hot chocolate; it was clear with just a hint of brown. I could also taste the chlorine in the water—although I understand they can't really control that, I’m certain that a proper amount of cocoa powder would have masked that taste. I didn’t realize my drink wasn’t made correctly until I got home. Now I understand why people often take a sip of their drinks at the drive-thru before leaving!
