I had to repeat my name to the person at the front three times, and he still managed to spell it incorrectly, ultimately using a completely different name. I ordered a breast, a wing, and a thigh, but was served two breasts and a wing instead. My friend's order was meant to include three chicken strips, but she received four and almost felt unwell. The service was lacking, with a level of disrespect and poor customer care that was unacceptable. Regarding kid-friendliness, I’ve been to many family-oriented restaurants, but the employees here have been heard using inappropriate language in front of children, which I find quite rude and disrespectful.
