The server never came back after delivering the food, and there was no manager or lead in sight. The food arrived slowly and was served lukewarm, with some items missing. There were no beverage refills either. It's clear that poor management is to blame for this experience!

Not the waitress fault, she tried but they need to start making sure everyone is properly trained before sending them out on there own. Once when she took our food/drink order, then we she brought the drinks. Never saw her again. Then the hostess actually charged us $6 for our drinks! Tell me you don’t care about customer service without telling me. We’ll never attempt to eat here again. Yet another restaurant in a truck stop that doesn’t care about the truckers who move America! Reset at Applebee's almost an hour never was offered a drink or anything then the manager was coming out we thought he was coming to talk to us about a delay or... read more Reset at Applebee's almost an hour never was offered a drink or anything then the manager was coming out we thought he was coming to talk to us about a delay or something but he came to a table that was sitting next to us cuz the lady said her steak was raw and see why I didn't well done and he told her that it was done for her what does she wanted **** still alive on the plate and she tried to argue that she wanted it well done and he said no you didn't so we just stood up and automatically left I don't think that was proper and then we ended up at Denny's in Missouri where we walked in and the mood was set right everybody was smiling nice everybody's eating had something to drink we were welcome by kurstyn with the big beautiful smile got to start drinks as soon as we walked in our food was perfect we got it fast I would recommend this place to anybody that started I wasn't sure what to expect after eating at Applebee's Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
