The server never came back after delivering the food, and there was no manager or lead in sight. The food arrived slowly and was served lukewarm, with some items missing. There were no beverage refills either. It's clear that poor management is to blame for this experience!

Not the waitress fault, she tried but they need to start making sure everyone is properly trained before sending them out on there own. Once when she took our food/drink order, then we she brought the drinks. Never saw her again. Then the hostess actually charged us $6 for our drinks! Tell me you don’t care about customer service without telling me. We’ll never attempt to eat here again. Yet another restaurant in a truck stop that doesn’t care about the truckers who move America!
