I made an order for pick up around 6:45pm which was said to be ready by 7pm but I went in 5 minutes prior to that and they had my order packed and complete! Horrible service ..at closing time cashier just pocketed the money since i paid cash ..hate to be the owner tried to contact the store to let someone know got hunged up in..really ..? 2ND attempt talked to a Martha she works there ..but she don't know her supervisor..lol go in and restructure the workers very unprofessional..will not go back .. Came here today and got a sandwich for me and my 5month pregnant sister. My sister sandwich had pepperoni on it, which she wasn’t aware of and is severely allergic. They wouldn’t remake the sandwich. They wouldn’t remove the pepperoni. They wouldn’t even refund us for a sandwich that we literally couldn’t eat at all!!! We ended up throwing the sandwich in the trashing and paying for a whole new sandwich. How ridiculous is that??? I honestly feel like it was racially motivated with how rude that they were. They were very dismissive and didn’t show any remorse. They didn’t even have the decency to hand sandwich to us directly. The shift manager lied and said that she didn’t have the general manager number or any other number for me to call and speak to anyone else relating with Subway to leave my feedback and I know 100% they simply wasn’t true. For the way I was poorly treated today I definitely will NEVER be back to this location. I would honestly love if an actual manager could follow up with me for more details because this was horrific.
Skimpy with all toppings. 4 pieces of spinach? Come on. Staff is rude.
The Hispanic guy tried to give me black rotten spinach.He also gave me bread that wasn't 6 inches because he didn't use the cutting guide to cut the bread ?.When I complained, he decided to punish me by stopping completing my order and waiting on the customer behind me.Please tell your employees not to serve black rotten spinach, I don't think the health department would approve.The Hispanic employee needs to be fired for a bad attitude towards a customer.
