Yummy delicious food!!! The best Mexican I had in Sugar Land área. I'm not a fan of Tex Mex, so find this place with Mexican dishes I enjoy making myself happy! Steak and Tostadas= Que Rico!! View all feedback.
What Ray Walsh doesn't like about Lupita's Mexican Restaurant:
Honestly the worst Mexican restaurant in the area. The queso was $13 and taste like it came out of a can. Based on the size and quality most places charge $5-6 for something like this. The margaritas were also sub-par. Service was slow and it took 15 minutes to even get chips and salsa. After this we decided not to order entrees and to never return. Don't waste your time or money here! View all feedback.
I wanted Lupitas after working with my boys I was surprised again.

We stopped here on our way to south Texas from Florida, here is my take on it. From the chips and salsa, guacamole, the tacos al carbon to the service. This was an extremely enjoyable place to eat. With great tasting food, service and a good price.
Fast service, warm and tasty eating. flexible menu options. a little pricy for tex-mex food.
If I'm in town, we'll get lupitas. they are not far away and pretty good. I choose the rule for the portobello tacos as a vegetarian option. they also have spinat enchiladas and cheese enchiladas. they are not vegan friendly. also the beans (refried will be cooked with narrow or charro suppen type with meat not vegan. we also want to get their fajitas for 2 (can share more than 2! and their queen. their flour tortillas are made fresh in the house. this visit we called in our order, and they forgot to do it, but for the sake of luck it was still a real short waiting period. it is a solid option for tex mex.
