I feel that I need to get Jason's Deli reward bucks because every time I use the Jason's Deli app it never works this is the first time that I noticed that I didn't get my Deli rewards that I went to Jason's Deli last Wednesdayo the April 17,2024 and today I went on Saturday April 27th and I also saved my receipt View all feedback.
What Don Pry doesn't like about Jason's Deli:
We eat at Jason's Deli about twice a month. Last Saturday we saw the picture of the new Alamo Wrap and gave it a try. It was a MAJOR disappointment. The wrap did not look like the picture which showed lots of chicken, cheese and vegetables. The wraps we received were both smashed flat as a result of heating them on the grill. Food is always fresh and hot. Plus, you get ice cream at the end,which is always a plus. I've visited many times, and it's always had a good meal, with no issues. Staff is friendly and prompt, food is good, it's clean, and will continue to come back.
Love this place. Whether it's the New Yorker or just going in for soup and salad.
