a beautiful pub where we eat with family members at lunchtime. good selection of food to choose from the menu. two of us had hamikhips the other two had hot salmoncartoffles salat. all very nice with clean plates at the end. one of the party had enough space to try out the lemon licks that was also quickly finished. they will not be disappointed if they are here a good portion size and worth for money dinning. the st... A beautiful pub, wonderful eating and friendly service. they have treated our group of 12 efficiently, they had tables inside, but it was a nice day and so we sat outside. all loved their food and portions were generous. insecure.
Had a great burns night, eating as usual was excellent along with first class service from steve and sarah. they look forward to many more themed evenings. do not change anything that it is an absolutely first class pub.
An absolute diamant of an ortes. eat excellent and atmosphere no different than Emmerdale. (without the terrible people.) the menu is fantastic and would recommend sunday roast. without a starter as it is a monster as we found out. I hope to go back one day. booking is recommended as popular
Just had Sunday lunch for four and all were absolutely delighted. Best pub grub we've ever had. Food could not have been better, generous helpings and very reasonably priced. Very busy and a bit of a wait but we'll worth it. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We've already booked for Mothers Day to avoid disappointment. Went again on Mother's Day, six of us this time and all was just as good. Looking forward to our next visit, which will definitely be soon.
