beautiful caffe with a selection of cake, coffee and ice cream, only 2 tables from 4 inside and 1 table for 4 outside, the service was good and fast. reasonable inexpensive, we had 4 coffees and 3 cakes for £18, the cakes were a good size portion and very tasty, the coffees were nice and hot and the staff was polite and efficient View all feedback.
What Sophialesauvage doesn't like about Harris James:
We are locals, so we appreciate how many tourists pass you by that might be tricky, but the service has decidedly gone downhill. We live very close by with 3 children who love to select their ice cream and enjoy every bite. Unfortunately, over the last 4 years we have noticed a very bad service towards customers. Fabulous gelato.... very good enjoyed my selection of important limecake flavor. the best ice I had in the old. Thank you.
Absolutely beautiful ice and especially beautiful people. I forgot to make photos, because that was so good and frankly the children have vaulted their before I paid for them all. I'll go back in the morning to drink a coffee and maybe take some of the many different types of coffee and hot chocolate that they have home.
An excellent ice salon. first I was a bit on the high side, but they are very generous with their creatures, so I think it's still a good one. I had the tiramisu that was beautiful, but the chocolate was especially good and very rich.
Would highly recommend. The Salted Caramel ice cream was immense. 10 out of 10. Staff was very friendly and thorough with enforcing Covid regulations
