What User doesn't like about Subway:
Today, a coworker and I ordered two sandwiches from Subway located at 1524 Holland Road in Suffolk, VA 23434. Upon returning to work, we realized that the sandwiches were not made correctly and looked disorganized. We called the restaurant twice to address the issue, but the manager, Liz, was rude and unprofessional, hanging up on my coworker. The assistant manager, Tammy, was also disrespectful and unhelpful. I have never been let down by any Subway location I have visited. It's impressive that each restaurant has its own special touch. I'm not sure what their hiring criteria is, but every location I've been to has consistently provided me with a delicious meal. The staff always greet me warmly as I walk in. Well done, Subway!
