Not this experienc... read more Usually I have a pleasant experience from the person taken my order to picking up my order from the window and everyone is friendly and nice. Not this experience though. The girl took my order and told me to come around to the second window, this fella come to the window and I asked him didn't I come to the wrong window we laughed he said it was alright but was cut off by the girl coming to the window. She was rude and disrespectful. She told me my total but didn't give me a receipt. She just about threw the box at me where I almost lost it. Then I had to knock on the window to get some Texas Pete and honey said she was out of ranch no problem before I could ask for napkins she closed the window on me. I couldn't believe how rude and unfriendly. We spend alot of money on food there. She is running the customer's away. They don't want to come back to attitude and rudeness.

Ordered two sausage/egg/cheese biscuits, coffee and lg unsweet tea-got two plain sausage biscuits (one with burnt sausage on an undercooked, doughy biscuit), te... read more Ordered two sausage/egg/cheese biscuits, coffee and lg unsweet tea-got two plain sausage biscuits (one with burnt sausage on an undercooked, doughy biscuit), tea without ice and the wrong cream for the coffee that had grinds in the bottom…worst drive through experience ever and was not able to take it back because we were on a tight timeline (and the line was slow)…the person at the window did not have his mask on.

I love bojangles but there is clearly no... read more I run a restaurant right down the street and I have to say thank goodness I?m so close to such terribly run businesses. I love bojangles but there is clearly no management or leadership at this one. They close early all the time the dining room says comeon In buts never open the team is rude and when you ask for a side of seasoning for your fries they can?t do that now?? If aguest is willing to pay for it why can they not get a side of seasonings for the fries? Last time I came there it was 8:30 atnight and apparently they decided to close I thought maybe the speaker was broken so I pulled up tell me why 4 team Memberslooked at me and kept cleaning! I would fire my hosts if they aren?t willing to greet people especially if we closed early withno indication to the public. I even tried calling the home office since I don?t like complaining publicly but they have gottenrid of the option to call you have to fill out a form?. Terrible guest experience all around as a company these days
