I went to the drive thru and no problems, I got my food home and the potatoes weren't mixed still most of the container still in powder form, the chicken was old and hard. Yes it was 9pm but if you are serving food it is supposed to be fresh at all times, and if you are spending your hard earned money you expect your food to be correct. I called the manager on duty and he was very nice and he told me to come back the next morning. I spent $32.00 there and I am very displease with what was giving to me. So check you food before leaving this KFC on Main Street in Suffolk Va.
Been here for 50 mins and still waiting on my order….I would go somewhere else…the workers are working hard so I don’t want to ask them for my money back.
Got take-out at another place that was out of coleslaw so I decided to stop in and get a large order. Waited almost 10 minutes. There were 2 in front of me inside including 1 who had a mobile order. Cashier did nothing except take orders and hand them to customers. Don't understand why she couldn't just scoop up some slaw while she was waiting for orders. Even with handwashing or putting on gloves, she would have had plenty of time to stand around and wait.
The Famous Bowl Combo was fantastic as always. However, the Pot Pie was very dry and definitely needed some improvement. Additionally, my delivery driver seemed to have difficulty reading as they parked at Dollar General before walking to my house with their car following behind them.
