We stopped in for dinner and were quickly greeted and seated. However, after that, time dragged on as we waited. Employees were sitting at tables, chatting, and it felt like no one was paying attention to us.
I haven't been to Applebee's in ages! Since my husband and I are new to the area and the dining options are somewhat limited, we decided to give it a try...
The restaurant was very dirty! It had a terrible smell, reminiscent of mold. The food was served cold, and I had to request my coleslaw. I even spotted a bug, but I couldn’t get my phone out in time to take a picture.
You know its ashame about this Applebees smak dab in the middle of the busiest part of south Suffolk tons of people and businesses and yet you have this disgusting should be leveled to the ground so called restaurant it's so nasty disgustingly dirty DONT LOOK UP AT THE CEILING OMG SAME WITH THE CARPET this place should be reported to the city under codes and compliance and once you see the waiter's you'll know what you can expect they could give a rats behind .
Got drinks immediately, food is delicious. Love the service.Kid-friendliness: Very nice to my kids.
