The timing of the service was out. our table was inconspicuous for the personal traffic and the distraction for us. one plate was fantastic, the other was not great. the error was made in wein order. in the ground, meh.
Unfortunately we had a really bad experience. we ordered caesar salat, huhn marsala and huh parmesan. the place was almost empty. it took 15 minutes to get the salat. it was tasty, but a huge crumb was so hard that you could not break it with your teeth. the sauce in the marsala was thin as water and was tasteless. the chicken was tender, but needed a robust sauce. the huh parmesan was the greatest disappointment. She was pretty literally burned to a cripple. it was then covered with sauce as if it were a masterpiece. I turned around the cutlet to expose the burned chest and call the manager. When he was asked, he said no, he wouldn't eat it either. we had waited a very long time for our meal, and we are quite worried that you were completely infallible. the manager has personally cooked a new parm that we have taken home. they offered us dessert that we did not eat. on our request they composed the chicken stable. this is not the first slow and less than satisfying experience in amadeos. I'm so sorry that they fail. I know that the employment situation for restaurants is difficult, but there is no excuse for serving burnt foods. we are not going back.
Nicole was exceptional! However, the bruschetta was disappointing; the bread was too thick and didn't match any bruschetta we've tried before. I wouldn't recommend it. On a positive note, the linguine with mussels was absolutely delicious!
The service was exceptional! The surf and turf was delicious! I highly recommend it.
