Contribute FeedbackFugakyu in Sudbury offers a mixed bag of experiences, with some diners disappointed in the lack of certain ingredients on a pricey sushi boat and slow takeout service, while others praise the delicious food, attentive service, and good value. The restaurant's extensive menu provides a variety of fresh and well-presented options, drawing both loyal long-time customers and new visitors alike. While some patrons find the atmosphere lacking due to issues like a cold corner room, others appreciate the quality of the food and the affordability of the menu. Overall, Fugakyu seems to offer a range of experiences depending on individual preferences and expectations.
The food was excellent as usual, but I ordered a fugakyu maki and got a roll that wasn't even on the menu. that's the only time they screw up my order, I ordered it a lot.
A plus, each and every time since they opened. the owners should write a book how to run a restaurant successfully.
Great food with a variety of menu items. Great service
Good service, very very good food, lovely setting, expensive...
I have gone here for years with family and before being diagnosed with gluten intolerance I had a lot of options to enjoy! But sadly there are very limited gluten free options and the staff do not seem knowledgeable. As someone who works in foodservice I know that if you don't know the answer you say no. So everything was off limits apart from some sushi, nigiri, sashimi and plain rice.! Food is delicious but I do not recommend for those with food allergies
