I have never been able to call and place an order because the staff never answer the phone. The waiters are disrespectful and seem to be more interested in eating chips behind the counter than attending to customers.

Seriously, I have no idea why the place smelt so bad, it was more than just general uncleanliness. If I wasn’t so hungry I would have walked straight out. The reheated chicken wasn’t even reheated, closer to cold than luke warm. It’s really sad when you are looking at a plate of food thinking did I just pay $16 to potentially get food poisoning. The chips were great.

The portion sizes... read more This is the worst Nando's I have ever visited. I have been to all of the Nando's locations in Perth, and this one is extremely disappointing. The portion sizes are ridiculously small, and the chips are consistently stale and taste like they have been cooked in old oil. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
