Six Senses Thai Restaurant - Subiaco

Probably the worst, and slowest service I have experienced for a long time: waited for over 30mins to be attended to, the sequence and length of time it took for the food and drinks to be brought out was a mix of frustrating and hilarious. While the food was nice, we will certainly not be back.

Really awful service. If you like being ignored and practically begging the waitresses to even take your order after being there for over half an hour, this is the place for you! They were so confused and couldn't even bring out 2 coke zeros. Every single dish and drink we finally managed to order had to be asked about several times as they kept forgetting to bring it out. I cannot explain how horrible the waitresses were. To the owner, if you want your business to succeed, I reaaaalllly suggest you get new waitstaff. The uber-eats orders were obviously getting priority and everyone else was just left there asking if they were allowed to order something and not only once either. Just do yourself a favour, if you really want to try this place. Order it on Uber-eats so you don't have to deal with the confused, slow, rude waitstaff without a clue.

Great date restaurant, delicious food but of course quite pricey. If you're looking for ambiance, probably the Leederville one is a better idea but I enjoyed it both times I've been.

A friend and I went out for a girls night out and a nice meal. Which is not what we got at all. We waited 30 minutes for a table, which we understood given they were busy. But once we were seated we were ignored, which continued throughout the meal. At least 10 minutes before we got a menu when we asked for water. 15 minutes later, still no water and no one had come back to get our order. After trying to get the attention of staff, I got up and requested service which then took another 10 minutes. The table was also not set at this time. When we finally received our bottle of wine we got the water too (35 minutes from seating). From the time we got seated to when we received our main meals, it was over an hour. Poor communication from staff in which we requested simple things like water 3 times! Also when we asked how long for our mains the guy nodded and never came back. Food was below average for the exorbitant prices they charge! Would not return, despite the mediocre apology from the manager when we tried raising the issue.
