Th... read more It seems like the management has changed since my last visit 18 months ago. The staff appeared to be under a lot of pressure, and the decor has also changed. The glass of wine I received (which was more like three-quarters full) felt a bit cheap. I don't plan on returning anytime soon. While the food is authentic and very tasty, the atmosphere was lacking.

Despite speaking to several w... read more We arrived for our reservation at 5:45 PM before the Adele concert, but we encountered a long line of people without reservations. Despite speaking to several waitstaff about our booking, we were seated after those without reservations and ended up being served much later. By the time our meal arrived, the other guests had already finished their drinks and left, which left us with only five minutes to eat instead of the 1 hour and 45 minutes we expected before the concert started. The food was delicious, but it was very disappointing to see our reservation overlooked in favor of walk-ins.
