This place is our new favourite in Subiaco on weekend mornings. Coffee is always good from friendly barista, smashed avocado breaky is legend. Cold water from water fountain inside another thing. Helpful and smiley staff keep clean tables and chairs.Thanks
A nice addition to the outer Subiaco area. Boucla can be hard pressed to find a seat and Melograno happily absorbs the overflow. Never had a bad coffee here (and I have had a lot), love the fresh cold water on tap. Not too wowed by the food but come for a visit if you want a decent coffee.
Our new favorite. Absolutely beautiful coffee and honest food. Excellent customer service. At times difficult to find a table but worth the wait.

Found this place by chance. Love the decor, atmosphere and music. Front counter service was superb. Had the pulled pork toastie and ham cheese mango chutney baguette, very yummy. Would recommend this place.
