What Monique Branchaud doesn't like about Kelseys Original Roadhouse:
Made a reservation, as this was a special celebration. Had to wait about 10 minutes as the host was not at the desk. Once all of our party joined us, and we got our food, we didn't see our server again until we were done eating. Our appetizer plates weren't cleared away, and the table felt crowded with plates. We can appreciate new staff needing time to adjust, it would have been more enjoyable had there been experienced wait staff to assist. Long waits for simple things (like a cup of water or a coffee refill) and since we were not asked how everything was shortly after receiving our order, which was delicious, we did not have the opportunity to request the extra cutlery we required. All things considered, it was still a pleasant and delicious meal, and the staff were very polite.
