Sushi-ya - Stuttgart

Wir waren schon des Öfteren im Sushi-Ya essen, Mittags wie auch Abends und sind immer wieder begeistert. Große Auswahl, hohe Qualität, aufmerksamer Service und schöne Atmosphäre laden zum genießen ein. Man findet immer wieder etwas, das man noch probieren möchte! Tipp: Mit der Feinkost-Böhm Kundenkarte (gratis) bekommt man zusätzlichen Rabatt auf die Rechnung, je nach Betragshöhe prozentual und zum Mittagessen entweder rechtzeitig um kurz vor 12Uhr erscheinen oder um 13Uhr, dann ist die 1.Runde schon fertig mit Essen und man findet gut einen Platz.

Obwohl ich kein großer Sushi-Fan bin, bin ich von diesem Restaurant restlos begeistert. Das Sushi schmeckt phantastisch, die Auswahl ist super und es geht

Ambiente und Sushi sind best in town. Es ist nicht ganz günstig. Die Qualität und Atmosphäre finde ich dicht am japanischen Original, auch wenn im Sushi-Ya kein einziger Japaner arbeitet. Sushi- Böhm ist meine Lieblingsplatte, zuvor eine Misu-Suppe und ein japanisches Bier, danach einen lokalen Riesling zum Fisch.

The restaurant is located inside the Boehm delicatessen shop. On Saturdays it is always packed and you might be in for a long wait. In this case, look for the sushi bar deeper inside the store. It is run by the same team and equally good. Usually, some places are to be had there without a long wait.The staff, including the chefs are not Japanese, but Thai. Still, they are well trained and know how to prepare good sushi. Certainly this is one of the best sushi restaurants in Stuttgart, but it would be just above average in Japan. Some shortcuts taken in preparation, also noted by other reviewers, would not happen there. On the other hand, the fish is of good quality and well handled. The rice is not too sweet and the sushi pieces have the right size. The strong point of Sushi-ya is its reliability. I come here often for a quick lunch during Saturday shopping and was never disappointed. The staff is courteous and friendly. It is quite pricey, but what do you expect in the most exclusive deli of one of Germany's cities?

Bestes Sushi in Town. Das Personal immer zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Die Speisen haben den gewissen Pfiff, was das gewisse Extra ist, im Sushi-ya... die Kombi von den Sushi Variationen sind einfach einmalig.
