The only downside was the level of serv... read more I really liked my visit here. The atmosphere was great. Friendly warm greeting. Nice quiet table. The food was fabulous. The only downside was the level of service once we got past the main meal. This seems to be a pattern in most restaurants, and this one was no exception. We were not asked about desserts or whether we wanted to order more drinks. I had to ask for the bill a few times. This really spoilt the overall experience.

We waited over 45 minutes for three main courses, some of which were from the lunch menu. The salad was swimming in dressing, and the promised antipasti were only found after a careful search. The rösti deserves a much shorter name. Some of the drinks arrived after the food. The selection of cakes looked very tempting, but we didn't have time to try them. If you have other plans, you should probably avoid eating here.

Das Essen ist sehr schmackhaft, ausgefallene Kreationen erfreuen den Gaumen, der Service sehr umsichtig und höflich. Weinempfehlung passt. Ich hatte Saltimbocca mit grünem Spargel auf Risotto. Alles auf den Punkt genau, wenn auch die Portion sehr übersichtlich ist. Im Sommer mit Terrasse und Blick auf die Altstadt. Bequeme Sitze.

Bit of Titanic feeling; the waiter was still wonderfully friendly and personal. The restaurant is located in a small park behind the city locks in Stuttgart and three walls are grounded glass.

I recommend everyone to visit the restaurant, the location is ideal for couples! Good work.
