Pizzeria Trattoria Rustica - Stuttgart

War heute zum ersten Mal dort. Kann nur sagen lecker, Service freundlich, tolle Auswahl. Gerne wieder mal.

Italian staff and chef, from Naples, and you can taste it in the plates. We came at lunch and we liked it so much that we came back at dinner. At lunch we had seppia alla griglia (grilled squid) and penne al gorgonzola con spinaci e gamberetti (penne pasta with gorgonzola, shrimp and spinach sauce), which were both to die for. In the evening we had milanese rice and a caprese salad and those were not as good as the lunch, but we also ordered desserts and they were GOOD!!! Excellent strong coffee as well and will definitely come back, even though will probably just go back to the pasta and meat and fish plates (we didn't have a chance to try the pizza yet but my husband will probably go for it next time).

We had eaten here on one occasion and it was a wonderful experience, with good food and a friendly staff (June 2016). Fast forward to April 2017... we called to ask for a reservation and the moment we mentioned two babies, we were promptly told "Non abbiamo spazio, arrivederci (we have no space, goodbye)", and hung up on. We went here later in the evening anyway, on the off chance we misunderstood the man we spoke with. When we showed up, 1) there were empty tables and 2) we were welcomed and oriented to an area of the restaurant.... UNTIL we mentioned 2 children. We were told there was no availability and asked to leave. It's a shame that we ever recommended this place to friends.

We where welcomed from the begining by a very friendly staff, we ask him to recomend us a beer, it was also good, the pasta we orderd was exacly as we whated, in a very generous portions and very tasty. So for us perfect restaurant.

Wir hatten keine so großen Erwartungen, aber wenn Carbonara direkt nach aus dem Mikrowellen Herd kommt und das Fleisch im Salat alles andere als frisch schmeckt, dann hört der Spaß auf.
