We passed by this restaurant the other day and decided to give it a try today. I'm glad we did because we had a great experience! The restaurant was spacious with seating for six at the counter. We opted for a small table for two, as it was just my husband and me. Our waitress was attentive, taking our drink orders and giving us time to look at the menu. My husband ordered coffee, an omelette, and a side of corned beef hash, while I chose two eggs, potatoes, and toast. The total bill was under $25, including tip. I enjoyed watching the lively grandma in the kitchen, who was quick and efficient as she prepared our meals. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and overall, it was a great dining experience.

We eventually gave up after receiving our coffee and deciding to leave without placing our food order. Despite leaving a $5 tip, we will not be returning. There are plenty of other dining options that offer excellent service, delicious food, and value their patrons.
We waited 30 minutes just to place our order and receive drinks. Right as we were about to leave, the server finally came to take our order. It took at least 45 minutes for our food to arrive, even though many others who arrived after us had already been served. They claimed it was a "first come, first served" policy, but it seemed like if you knew someone, you would get seated first. The food was just okay, I've had better elsewhere. The server was also very grumpy, which made us hesitant to ask for anything. Overall, we won't be returning to this restaurant.
What an ecperience...had to ask 3 times for water.....ordered Chilli and was brought COLD Chilli with cheese and onions...I ask for them to nuke it then I hear the cook and waitresses making FUN of the now boiling chilli....this is the only restaurant that ONLY ACCEPTS CASH OR CHECK...... it is not something i look for these days...
I was hoping for a local food spot where one gets basic, great tasting home cooked food. This isn 't it. At least not when we were there. Disappointed.
