Was Alisa W at Pistols a mag?
Clean hotel with spacious rooms. Friendly staff the manager Henry was very accommodating to our needs. Continental breakfast included very good with hot foods choices. Parking was easy included in my stay. Great location to one of the greatest breweries (Tree house brewing) was a 6 minute drive. Would stay here again! View all feedback.

What Anon Y dislikes about Pistols:
Very poor service. They do not honor the prices that you see when booking online. Add additional fees and higher priced add ons at check in. Pet fee they tried to charge was higher than listed in booking. It was an esa animal, it says they are free Online. Then they told me it was a pet at checkin. Online that is a 25$ fee. They wanted to charge me an additonal 35$! That was enough for me. And they removed the free u... View all feedback.

Great value for the price. The indoor pool is lovely. The rooms come equipped with everything you need. The staff is incredibly helpful— they even directed me to a place where I could get free boxes for my college kid’s packing needs. I've stayed at several places, and this one is the best!

We attended a wedding in the area and stayed at this hotel, which was part of a room block. At a rate of $175, it initially felt a bit steep, but we later learned that the price had been significantly raised from the usual $110 due to the Pan Mass charity bicycle race! Nonetheless, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was lovely, featuring a large, comfortable bed, a sitting area with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The air conditioning was excellent, and we enjoyed a great TV with plenty of electrical outlets available. Parking was free, Wi-Fi worked well, and the bathroom was a nice size with a great shower. The hotel also has a fantastic bar that offers a variety of craft beers and unique cocktails—what more could you ask for while traveling? Breakfast was included, and it was quite good, with options like eggs, sausages, a waffle machine, as well as cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastries, and juice. The front desk service was top-notch, and overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The main attraction for me was the hotel's location behind a Cracker Barrel. However, the reviews highlighting the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff are also completely accurate. If you're visiting during Brimfield weekend, be aware that prices do increase significantly due to high demand. This isn't a criticism of the hotel; I totally understand and appreciate their need to adjust prices, and the staff remained friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, I did encounter another guest who was upset with me for not sharing his frustration about the pricing. (If you're unfamiliar with Brimfield, I recommend looking it up!) The only downside I found was that the toilet was quite low to the ground—about two feet, it seemed. Everything else in the room was designed for adults, but even in the queen suite, it felt unusually low.

Here I am at 2am writing a review instead of sleeping. Room was very clean, staff friendly but for $200 a night I cannot believe these beds are so incredibly hard. I mean hey, if sleeping on concrete mattresses is your thing then by all means, this is the place for you. I 've spent the last 5 years in the Wildland Fire service sleeping in some of the craziest places both in the woods and hotels in the western states and never have I ever felt the need to write a review about accommodations until I stayed here in this King Suite . Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else, OR book a room here for your in-laws if you really don 't like them much.

My family stayed here for ten days and thought it was great. The only minus was the water pressure in the shower. Other than that the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Our kids slept well, the pull out couch bed was very comfortable for what it is. Our room got cleaned whenever we asked, we really liked the water in the lobby. The pools were nice but the hot tub wasn't working. Breakfast was better than we expected and even though my family slept in a lot because of the time change and decent beds I'd grab some food towards the end and bring it up to them. They also have coffee available all day. Judy was especially great every morning at breakfast. She was very friendly and helpful and nice to talk to. We'll probably stay there again in the future.
