My 4-star rating is based solely on the cleanliness of... read more It's difficult to give a fair rating since we didn't actually eat or drink anything from the restaurant. My 4-star rating is based solely on the cleanliness of the dining area and the tidiness around the beverage stations (Slurpee and soda machines). I'm not sure whether it's Pizza Hut Express or Starbucks that is responsible for the maintenance, but both definitely needed some attention. The Slurpee and soda machines had a garbage can that was overflowing with napkins and drink straw wrappers, which was quite unpleasant, especially while we were trying to enjoy our pizzas. Additionally, there were no salt or pepper packets available, and while there were napkins and Parmesan cheese packets, those were well-stocked. As for the tables, there were several options to choose from, but many needed to be wiped down. I'm unsure which establishment is in charge of this, but almost every table required cleaning. Meanwhile, there was a very long line at Starbucks as we were eating, which made it a bit uncomfortable to have people looking at us while they waited for their coffee.
