There was a lot of people inside Also waiting on orders. I totally understand the fact they were busy and needed to get the orders taken care ofbut the problem was as I waited over 10 Min for anyone to acknowledge me and my son standing there, the person who seems to bethe manager even didn?t acknowledge the folks waiting. I am in management myself and understand when it?s busy it?s busy butcustomer service is crucial to those who are waiting to make orders. Sadly we left with only a cake pop so at least the visitwasn?t wasted. Get together Starbucks team !!!

No matter how busy they are they are always or nearly always chalk full of people), there is never a delay with receiving your orderexpediently and correctly each and every time. I have been going daily for my delicious Cappuccino and Cafe Americano, which ismade perfectly to my specifications. Thank you to all the wonderful employees there. You're all a great group of young, hardworking, lovely people. Kudos to each of you for an outstanding job well done with superb work ethics!????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

This is my preferred location because even though they can get crazy busy they seem to get through everyone pretty quickly. Doesn't give me the raised hackles vibe I get from some other locations.
