The main drawback of this location is the wait time... read more I visit this restaurant frequently because the food is excellent and the rewards program is quite appealing. The main drawback of this location is the wait time for a sandwich; I’ve sometimes waited as long as 15 minutes for just one. However, they make up for the wait by offering a complimentary pastry or something similar, which is why I still give it five stars. Their customer service is definitely top-notch!
