Mcdonald's - Stuart

They didn't put Mac sauce or ketchup on my big mac. ?

We waited for someone to come to the front counter to take our order, no one came.We used the self service stations to order, then again waited for someone to come up to front counter to give us cups…..no one so we waited with a lobby full of others.Finally after 20 minutes we got our cups. No food. Yet cars were coming and going thru drive thru just fine. Multiple people complaining. I could see my sundae from behind the melting while we waited.We order two meals and one sundae. Nothing crazy big. After 32 minutes, we got our food and melted sundae. I asked for a new one to be made and was told I would have to wait again. I refused at that point. I asked for some ketchup since our order was to go. I was told they didn’t have any packets of ketchup. REALLY?What is happening at this location?I know it’s hard to find good help but sad to have to wait over a half hour for fast food.Staff was not friendly, making sure to not make eye contact. Do better McDonalds!

I just finished a soccer game and me and my team went out to eat at McDonald. We all ordered and the service was terrible. All the workers were not even trying to help. All of our orders were over 20 min and the last kid from the bus had to wait 50 minutes. This is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant to not have great management. When we received our food it was cold or it just took too long. I never want to order from there again. 50 minutes for a big Mac and 2 cheeseburgers is insane to me.

Don't go here. Waited 20+ minutes. They were missing some sandwiches. Called the firm that is in charge of this place and they don't care either.

Went through the drive thru, got really simple food that’s usually ordered and sat in the waiting spaces for 15 mins waiting on food while folks behind us got their food right away…….next time I think we will wait another 15 miles and stop elsewhere!
