While I was placing my order, one employee sh... read more I attempted to order through the drive-thru at KFC, but I was met with extremely rude behavior from two employees. While I was placing my order, one employee shouted something inappropriate from the back, and another laughed, telling her to stop. When I mentioned that their behavior was disrespectful, she snapped back, telling me to either place my order and move to the window or drive away. I firmly responded, and she then told me to leave, refusing to serve me. This kind of treatment only fuels the increase of violence in fast food restaurants—no one should have to experience that! I eventually contacted corporate to report what happened.

However, when I got home and opene... read more The restaurant opens at 10:30, and I visited the drive-thru at 10:40 to order a 3-piece meal with two drumsticks and a thigh. However, when I got home and opened the box to butter the biscuit, I was disappointed to find only one drumstick—a tiny piece of chicken, barely noticeable and the smallest I’ve ever seen. I’m not planning to return just for the missing drumstick, but I hope the manager sees this review and considers offering me a gift card so I can give them another chance.

The last order was supposed to be three tender combos, but they gave us a bucket meal instead. The staff at this location have always been rude. The drive-thru sign tells you to go inside, yet the door has a sign directing you to use the drive-thru. When you finally go through the drive-thru, they send you back inside again. The whole experience is really frustrating.

My go-to choice is the Original Crispy, and the chicken is always cooked just right—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. I'm particularly fond of the large chicken breasts, and the crispy legs are also a favorite of mine. KFC truly has the best fried chicken around. The staff is friendly and quick to serve, so you rarely have to wait long for your order. There are plenty of side dishes to complement your meal too. Plus, the prices are fair, and it's easy to find coupons. Be sure to grab a bucket to take home; your family will definitely enjoy KFC!

From receiving the wrong orders to the food not meeting expectations, it's disappointing to see how much this place has changed. I'm hoping for some improvements, but so far, I haven't noticed any.
