I ordered $70 worth of food for delivery from this location for the first time last night, and it was a disappointing experience. They used regular bread instea... read more I ordered $70 worth of food for delivery from this location for the first time last night, and it was a disappointing experience. They used regular bread instead of a bun for my cheeseburger. When I called to complain, I was informed that they were out of buns. I paid $15 for a cheeseburger that should have come with a bun but didn't receive what I paid for. The manager wasn't available at the time, so I left my number for a callback. Unfortunately, the manager never called me back. To make matters worse, the mozzarella sticks were completely inedible. Overall, everything was disappointing. I've learned my lesson—never again! I’d be better off cooking at home and letting these chain restaurants go out of business.

My parents didn?t speak English and she was giving actitud because of that (she speak Spanish) because of the horribleservice we left 15% of tips and she ask for more.

She was busy playing w... read more As I arrive there last night there was one girl running the whole restaurant. There was only one table with two people in the restaurant. She was busy playing with the cash register and said it was gonna be a while because she was the only one on staff.After waiting 10 minutes I finally got up and found her. Asking if I could order she said OK I ordered a drink. When I orderedmy food they had no corn. So I asked for a salad they had no salad dressing. After another 10 minutes I asked for my drink thatI had to order it apparently she forgot. When I finished eating the $16 steak tips all six of them. I had to go in the back roomand find her to get the bill. I have been up all night sick as can be from food poisoning I believe. Are used to think thisplace had pretty good food. But I will never go there again the service is terrible and the place is disgustingly dirty. Maybethe health department Needs to take a look. Somethings wrong there. I will never go back. Gross everything about the place
