My boyfriend and I had intended to have dinner there, but we both got off work late and arrived just 45 minutes before closing. The door was locked, and the hostess completely ignored us. This is not what I would expect from a restaurant with good customer service. If I were the owner, I would be embarrassed.
My wife and I visited this restaurant based on a recommendation from a local friend. We started with empanadas for our appetizers (yes, I know it was lunchtime, but don’t judge us!). They were absolutely amazing! You can really tell that everything is made from scratch, fresh, and with great care. The meals were wonderful, and those empanadas were the best I’ve ever had, even compared to my experiences with empanadas across Central and South America! It’s so nice to be treated like family, even as first-time customers. Since our initial visit, we’ve returned for both breakfast and lunch, as well as takeout. No matter where you’re coming from, you won’t be disappointed. Make this place a destination!
Amazing! The empanadas are absolutely delicious! The breakfasts are fantastic, and the Colombian coffee is top-notch! The locals certainly know about this gem, and snowbirds should too! Be sure to give it a try and make sure to say hello to Gloria!
Friendly staff, and incredible, authentic Colombian food. A must if you’re in the area.
