For sure the Ladies in the drive through window always make my day. Friendly Fast and get the order right . The only thing I don't like is they cannot take tips. They should be aloud a reward for excellent customer service. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I have a good experience, but the manager has no customer service. No matter how busy you are, you should never feel a customer as if your concern or problem is not important. I never go back to this Dunkin Donut. But I guess KK and the other worker who helped me. Please note that I didn't give them a heavy time for an overload, all the time I was calm and still apologise because I knew they were busy. View all feedback.

I arrived at the restaurant at 7:12 PM and was disappointed to discover that they would only make iced coffee, not hot coffee. I wanted to order four cups, and with them closing at 8 PM, I expected to be accommodated. When I mentioned that I might leave a negative review, the staff member replied that she didn't care.
During the morning rush, this Dunkin' Donuts is top-notch. The staff is efficient and prepares excellent coffee. Although the line may appear long, I assure you, from my experience of visiting multiple times, the wait isn’t long at all.
This is the perfect spot for a quick coffee, and the staff is exceptional!
