The food taste good every time I go there.Now the issue is management, the manager there during the day is one of the worst managers I have ever encountered. Everytime I go there I do not have a encounter with her directly but I witnessed her be verbally abusive to the people she’s managing and customers not abusive but rude and obnoxious. She is always saying “I don’t know” or “you have to wait a few minutes” to the people at the counter waiting to order. It’s really bad!!! The employees are always behind in orders. I believe this could be corrected with good management, it’s just wrong how she treats the workers!! Not management material at all!! You are supposed to lead by example and she has no positive skills to teach. Customers should not have to wait 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches (not me which I waited about 20 minutes for 8 chicken nuggets and 1 large fry)

I couldn't even finis... read more The food was served cold, and the fountain drink area had a clogged drain filled with some sort of food debris. It was quite unappetizing. I couldn't even finish my meal, and neither could my husband. The food was terrible – my chicken sandwich didn’t even taste like chicken! Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The unfairness of management in regards to hiring, scheduling and empathy. I was recently fired for reasonsthat reflect favoritism. I have always been honest and upfront about my personal life as I was under the impression that I wascared for not only as an employee but friend. I slowly saw how false that became. I was lied to, overworked, unappreciated,under compensated.
