However, the customer experience and service need improvement. Despite having what seemed like ten employees on the line, it took way too long to place our order. If you have allergies and need information, most of the staff, including the manager, don’t seem to know the answers. Fortunately, Blaze does have a great allergen menu on their website that the staff should be familiar with. Personally, I made my own pizza, and it was just okay. I prefer a sweeter tomato sauce, like that at Brooklyn Joe's or Anna's Pizza.

The service is quite quick, and the thin crust pizza is excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant and the place is very clean. The staff are also incredibly friendly.

Although it was a bit busy since we went on a weekend, the team was diligently working to keep things moving smoothly. We tried several different pizzas along with some items from the sides menu. I particularly enjoyed the classic cheese pizza, and I found the prices to be very reasonable. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

The staff was friendly but did not explain things too well (this was our first time here) so we found ourselves kind of looking up at the menu to figure outprices ourselves. The person at the oven was awesome! 4 stars because the price was a bit expensive but overall good experience.

I work an hour from home and often get out late so I have to rush to get to a restaurant before they close at 10pm. One night I stopped at Blaze and when I walked in I realized itwas 9:50 pm. I told the girl at the counter I didn't want to do that to them and I proceeded to leave. Jillian, who I learned isthe manager, replied that they are still open and would be happy to take care of me. I think she could tell I felt bad so shewent out of her way to be kind and even gave me a s'mores cookie. I come here often and every time I see Jillian she calls me byname (Ally). It's nice to walk into a place and feel welcomed and get great friendly service! The employees there are also areflection of good management.
