We popped in just to have a drink and ended up booking dinner the following evening. The food, service, location and beer garden was all spot on! Les the owner is a right laugh and after dinner sat with him and his lovely wife Emma for a couple of drinks! We hope to come back for a slice of the best selling Malteser Cheesecake!

We had a fantastic meal h... read more Are you searching for a peaceful countryside escape for dining? Look no further, as this hidden gem in the valley is the perfect spot. We had a fantastic meal here to celebrate our anniversary and highly recommend the ribeye steak and the wagyu burger. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and served with delicious chips. The blue cheese topping was also a standout, living up to the rave reviews. Additionally, I suggest trying the rhubarb cider and, if they offer a selection of spirits, a small taste of the green tea vodka. Cheers!

Two of us had fish a... read more Stopped here for lunch after hiking around Dursley and Uley. Took a table in the sun bathed beer garden and had some nice Camden lager/IPA. Two of us had fish and chips some of the best we’ve had. Wagyu beef burgers were also superb, as was the homemade coleslaw that came with it. Can’t say a bad word about it!
