What Susan doesn't like about Spork:
Don't arrive 7 minutes early for a 5pm reservation. Hostess was actually rude and stated “We don't open until 5.” Not a good start to what we were expecting for fine dining. The chef tasting were a very nice touch, but we felt that they were trying to rush us through the meal. We like restaurants that cater to fine dining and make their guests feel that way. Excellent service and a classy atmosphere one would expect for this price range. Really great appetizers. The duo bird was a duo of conflict to my mouth. The pheasant was dry and overcooked. The squab however was amazing! The octopus appetizer was phenomenal. Halibut was super tasty but the side dish of cabbage was bit plain.
