Our order was mixed up by the server, and there was no apology given. We waited a long time for our food to arrive, even though the restaurant was not very busy. It was ve... read more As an employee of Nandos, I typically do not dine at the restaurant. However, when a friend was craving it, I decided to go to the Southbank location. It was very busy, and unfortunately, they forgot my friend's order. After she inquired about it, the staff promptly apologized and upgraded her meal from a Regular quarter chicken to a very generous half chicken meal. Despite the hiccup, they handled the situation well and the food was delicious.

Obviously no quality control was carried out before they send out. please check their standards in comparison to the original source material.

We found the restaurant to be clean and food filling. We'd come back again.
