Description

Located conveniently in the center, this café offers a mixed experience for diners. While many praise the delicious coffee and friendly staff, others express frustration over long waits and unprofessional service. The atmosphere, shaped by a small play area for children, provides a welcome retreat from nearby chaos, although some find it subdued. Cleanliness is noted positively, but issues like lack of gluten-free options and staff distractions have raised concerns. For families, the café is appealing, but inconsistent service and rudeness from management detract from the overall enjoyment. It’s a venue worth considering, but expectations may vary.

Excellent service, the coffee is fantastic, and the sausage roll is delicious. I'm looking forward to coming back! Keep up the great work, team!

I ordered a quiche and a bottle of orange juice from the fridge. I waited for 20 minutes while the staff were occupied playing with babies behind the food counter. Eventually, someone tossed the quiche onto a plate and microwaved it for three minutes. I watched as those three minutes passed, and then I saw the staff walk past the microwave to take a smoke break outside. This was not a healthy environment. I asked for a refund and won’t be returning. It’s not appropriate to have babies around food. Price per person: A$1–20.
