After dining at Mirch Masala, we stopped by Some Paintings restaurant and savored their tasty Indian cuisine near Strathfield train station. Our go-to dish is the naan with paneer. They offer a wide range of Indian dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. View all feedback.

Service & Staff - they don't care if a customer has come to a restaurant, they were busy among themselves. Had to wait for 5 minutes inspire of restaurant being more than 50% empty. Food - Chicken 65 was reheated and thus had NO taste. Biryani was bad too. Could not even walk 50 meters to the plaza and had very bad stomach cramps and had to go to the toilet. Bad stomachache throughout the night inspire of medicines.... View all feedback.

I don't know if I just went at a bad time (wed 8.45pm) or if it's always like this but I won't be back to find outI ordered butter chicken and rice.
This restaurant is a great option for those looking for Indian cuisine and vegetarian dishes. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, making it a perfect choice for newcomers to Sydney.
I have fed regularly in mirch masala in the last few months and eating is great. I strongly recommend the madras lamb, lamb rogan josh, goan fish and methi chicken. these dishes, accompanied by basmati rice and naan make for a pleasant eating. experience I tend to decide for a vegetarian escape when I dine here. the vegetable samosa, samosa papdi and mirchi bajji are always good. I usually bring my own weeping; but the wee they serve here is quite ok as the selection of the bee. the staff is always polite and friendly, and the service was always good.
We walked to this restaurant because it was convenient but we were in for a pleasant surprise. This restaurant has food from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana A particular region in India which is known for its spices) and boy it did not disappoint. We...had the Mirchi Bajji to start off with and they were beautifully spiced and crisp. It was wonderful For the mains we had the vegetarian Biryani. It was undoubtedly the best biryani I have eaten outside India. So this restaurant was an accidental find but we really enjoyed the food.
