We had a lovely afternoon on the rooftop terrace. Our waitress, Carmen, was attentive and made us feel welcomed. We ordered the amazing nachos, the beef breeze, and the burger! The nachos were light, refreshing, and wonderfully crisp. The beef breeze was hearty, accompanied by some deliciously crunchy fries. The quality of the burger meat really enhanced its flavor. We also enjoyed some local beer and daiquiris along... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Hub Stratford Rooftop Patio:
The waitress suggested I substitute fries with coleslaw, and I only discovered after the meal that this substitution came with a $5 charge. $5 for a tiny container of coleslaw on a $20 meal feels like highway robbery, especially since the waitress never mentioned this extra charge when I ordered. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. View all feedback.
We lucked out after matinee theater as Thursday was wing night and they were fantastic value for money. Also great selection of draft beer. We will be back again soon. Robert and Helen Kerr
We were treated very well, but the food wasn’t as good as expected. My wife had the Greek salad with chicken added and was not fond of it. The chicken was cold and bland, but the veggies were crisp although overly drenched in dressing. My Reuben was good quality but had a bit too much mustard. I also ordered the sweet potato fries and they messed up that order at first. They did correct it and the fries were tasty, but overall I think there are better lunch options. If we do try them again I think we will just go for burgers as they had a few different choices in that regard and may value that more on their menu.
A concern was raised about a black hair in my food....I am blonde...but nothing was done. I’m disappointed and felt like this incident was ok and not an issue.
DOES NOT USE OPEN TABLE.... DO NOT BOOK THROUGH HERE. Food is okay. Huge portions, veggie burger is like a thick slab of undercooked paste. Not great. Beer selection is fine, but during busy times service is too chaotic to get more than one or two drink orders in. Probably made worse by ppl showing up thinking they have reservations when they don't. Again, the host told us they no longer use open table, yet it's still on here. We had to wait at the bar for a table and then had a rushed dinner to make our play ontime.
Made reservations but host said they didn’t have any record of it, if I used the app. App wasn’t working , she said. We asked if we could sit on patio, if there was seating. Host went to check. While waiting, another person came over to tell us that the patio was first come, first serve and that we couldn’t get patio seating if we made a reservation. There was room on the patio but 2nd host said we had to sit inside. Not a warm welcome at all. Our waitress was a very nice girl and diligent worker. 2 individuals in our party ordered the taco salad and both were very disappointed. 3 tortilla chips on a bed of lettuce a little cheese , tomato and onion) with a bad citrusy dressing isn’t a taco salad. Needs some serious improvements.
